Bodhi is a customer experience platform with a suite of automation and AI tools to help solar businesses keep homeowners informed and engaged throughout their solar experience. The challenge was to design a product that could earn the homeowner’s trust while staying effortless for solar business staff to adopt and use. Balancing these two audiences’ competing goals meant every design decision had to bridge empathy with efficiency.

Solar pros required a tool that was intuitive, scalable, and aligned with their fast-moving workflows. Key features of the product include an omni-channel inbox to consolidate customer communications, AI sentiment analysis to surface at-risk customers, and CRM-integrated automated journeys to help teams stay proactive with minimal effort.
